1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§13 BGB). A business is a natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession (§14 BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • Product listings in the online shop are not binding offers but invitations to place an order.

  • By clicking the “Order/Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

  • We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded when we expressly accept the order by sending a shipping confirmation email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT (where applicable).

  • Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

  • For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are payable by the customer.

5. Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (advance payment)

  • Other payment providers as shown during checkout

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery and Availability of Goods

  • Delivery is made within Germany and other EU countries, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times are indicated on the product page.

  • If an item is not available at the time of ordering, we will inform you immediately. If goods are permanently unavailable, we will not accept your order. If temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §355 BGB.

Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • you or a third party other than the carrier take possession of the goods (for single orders), or

  • you or a third party other than the carrier take possession of the last item (for multiple goods in one order).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact details above) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter, fax, or email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we must reimburse all payments received (including delivery costs, except for additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days from the day we receive notice of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions from Withdrawal (§312g BGB)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

  • Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if download/streaming has begun with your consent

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers have a 2-year warranty period from delivery.

  • For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

  • We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability applies only for damages from injury to life, body, or health, or for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence is not withdrawn.
